Pressing Provenance combine fresh and local ingredients with artisan bread and cheese to make delicious, mouth watering "Toasties". Pressing Provenance is a celebration of fine local produce, artisanal food producers and everyone's favorite comfort food,
the "Toastie".
What We Do
We serve up your favourite comfort food, the 'Toastie' with style. We source our produce from some of Victoria's most respected artisan food producers. We use Artisan bread and cheese, farm fresh seasonal fruit and veg, amazing preserves and relishes to create next level toasties, both savoury and sweet.

Partnering up with artisan food producers and local growers enable us to create a product that is second to none. We carefully select our partners, choosing only the experts in their fields who go the extra mile for fantastic flavour and quality in their food. We place a great importance on GMO free.
